Pizza in the morning, lunch, and night time. We have it on our table several times a week. I am trying to work on different homemade recipes of our favorite dish, because eating out is expensive. I used to get a frozen pizza for me and the hubby, but now with three kids, one pizza isn’t enough. It can be a pain trying to make two. It’s like we have to eat in shifts because not everyone can get enough when the first one is done. Usually the kids end up eating and then me and my husband do when they are done.
Cravings of a Lunatic had a recipe that I was interested in trying out after I saw it though. This mini meatball pizza. It was intriguing to say the least. I wasn’t sure how much work it was going to be with eight individual pizzas, but after I got it all set up and figured out my system, it wasn’t too bad.
The family really enjoyed these. They were so thick and covered in delicious sauce and cheese. One was plenty for me. The rest of the family fought over what was left. Nobody walked away hungry though!
