One of my nieces was getting married last year, so I was driving back and forth the two hours to her town to attend all of her festivities. I love that girl, but I think I’m aging. I was so tired by the time I got to her bridal shower, I thought I was going to fall asleep at the table waiting for things to get started. Thankfully, when the tables were released for eating, our table got to go first. I guess that’s how things go when you’re sisters with the mother of the bride. Anyway, the food looked amazing!
There were tons of different salads to try, but one in particular caught my eye. It was a creamy Italian potato salad, just like this one from The Recipe Rebel. Their dinner was catered in, so I’m not sure who made it, but it was divine. When I asked for the recipe, they told me to just look it up online because it wasn’t hard to find.
I found this little beauty and made it for a BBQ a few weeks later. It was the talk of the event. Nobody could get over how tasty it was. I was happy to have so many people agree with me… and love my food!
