I remember the first time that I had jalapeno poppers, a whole new world opened up to me. They were mouthwatering delicious. I couldn’t believe that I had never had them before. I like a little spice, and who doesn’t love cheese? It was instantly my new favorite food. You can’t always just eat jalapeno poppers and fill up though. So I was always looking for something new to do with the number one food choice in my life. That’s when I found this recipe for jalapeno popper stuffed chicken.
Spend With Pennies had an excellent recipe that I saw and tried first. It was a winner, winner, chicken dinner that’s for sure. I ate the whole chicken breast myself that first time, and I can never do that.
I was worried that my husband wouldn’t like them because he doesn’t really care for jalapenos too much, but he actually really enjoyed these a lot. I was thankful, because I wanted to make them again and again… and I have!
