If there’s is one thing that we could eat at our house just about daily it’s hamburgers. I don’t know what it is, but we just love them. When grilling season is around, we cook them up at least twice a week, sometimes more. I often worry if we are on a ground beef overload! I will mix the recipe up once in a while and do turkey or chicken burgers, just to get something healthier in the family. They never complain too much, but I know it’s not their first choice. The favorite is bacon cheeseburger…oh my deliciousness!
In the winter, it’s hard to get that cheeseburger taste that we love so much from the stove top, so I thought I would get creative and try these bacon cheeseburger egg rolls for a change. I found the recipe on Spend With Pennies and it looked like it would fit our taste preferences.
When I served these at the table, everyone gobbled them right up and kept going back for more. Now I can make these when we can’t get the grill out.
