You can really save yourself time and make this ahead of time and then freeze individual batches. I have done that in 5 and 10 pound increments. Then, I just toss a few different containers in the freeze. When I know we are going to need something like this for a meal, I will pull it out at night and toss it in the slow cooker in the morning. Ingredients
3 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp Heinz yellow mustard
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell’s tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp Domino brown sugar
Instructions
In a large frying pan brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper. Drain grease off.
And the rest of the ingredients to the browned hamburger, mix well and heat over medium heat until heated through.
