So, let me give you the scoop on this casserole. It’s awesome! There isn’t buffalo sauce in it, but there is hot sauce. It tastes like there is buffalo sauce, but not quite what you would think. This buffalo chicken casserole is more on the health conscious side, which is perfect for me because I have been trying to shed a few pounds. Which is not easy to do when you like to eat!
This dish is delicious, but won’t make you feel guilty after eating it. My family loves it to and I get to feel great about them eating something more on the healthy side. See the thing is is that I love fatty foods. I have recently been trying to cut the carbs, but it’s so hard because they are so good! This casserole does a good job with the carb cutting.
But sometimes I do get a little tempted to fatten it up with different noodles. I always have to remind myself to get the whole wheat pasta. The cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing is so good together. It’s like why didn’t I know about this casserole even sooner or how to cut down on the sugar and carbs.
