I have tried dozens of different casseroles out on my family, and none of them ever seem to go over very well. I like them, but nobody else at the table gets too excited about it. I like the flavor, the fact that they are affordable and feed a huge group, and that they are so very simple to make. It just didn’t seem like casseroles were going to be in the cards for us at our house, until I found one more recipe on All Recipes for pizza casserole. Now that might be something that everyone could get on board with.
This was so easy to put together, like most of the casseroles I have made are. The ingredients list wasn’t too long so it was affordable, too. The true test came when I served it to the family. I was anxious, but they all really enjoyed it. Some even went back for seconds!
My husband has actually requested this casserole since then, and I’ve made it several times. It always turns out really tasty, and it disappears fast!
