I love making big foods into cuter, smaller, more compact foods. Is anyone with me on that one? It’s more convenient too when you are trying to make a lot of food to take to a place or for a party a your house. I really want to emphasis that it’s so much easier to make smaller portions of finger foods versus fuller portions. It’s way more less expensive as well!
One of my favorite finger foods to make is pizza poppers! I mean these are top notch delicious. There is not a pizza bagel or pizza roll that can compete with these little poppers. In my opinion, anything that is made at home tasted better than anything that you can buy in a freezer.
I found this recipe when I was trying to find foods to make for my sons game day sleepover. Oh my goodness! Let me tell you that 12 year old boys eat a lot! Those boys like to really chow down when they are playing video games. I made a ton of these pizza poppers and those boys just gobbled them up. My son has requested these many times from me since!
