When the weather starts to warm up, it seems that even though the days are getting longer, I have less time to get things done. Everyone has sports practices and other activities. There are projects that I have to work on outside. And, I still have to get all my regular duties completed like work, cleaning house, and making meals. I can’t stand wasting hours of my precious moments standing in the kitchen only to wind up with a dinner that is just okay. When I find one like this easy chicken recipe, I’m taking advantage.
I found this beauty on All Recipes when looking for simple crock pot meals to make. I love the crock pot in the summer. If I’m not grilling, I don’t want to be heating up the house by turning on the oven if I don’t have to. This is the next best option.
This chicken turned out super creamy, moist, and delicious. The whole family really enjoyed the cheesy flavor. We had ours with rice and a vegetable and it paired up just right.
