There are so many different ways to make potato salad. Homestyle, red potato, mustard, new york style, and so many more. The great thing about this recipe is that you can still make your favorite style of potato salad and add the grilled onions in. I do love the mustard style potato salad and make it every now and then. I still grill up the onions n throw them in! You will love the flavor that the onions bring to this dish!

- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon Crisco olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup Tru Moo milk
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Morton nsalt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon McCormick’s ground black pepper
- 2 lbs red boiling potatoes (about 5-6 medium)
- 2⁄3 cup sliced celery
