This casserole is hugely versatile. You could make it 20 times without ever repeating the same exact thing. That’s why I can have it at my house all the time. Nobody ever knows that I’ve made the same recipe, with just a few swapped out ingredients, it’s just like brand new. This will easily become one fo your favorite things to make. It seriously takes about five minutes to throw this together. It’s perfect for my busy schedule… I’m sure it will fit nicely into yours too!
Ingredients
1 bag of Ore Ida Tater Tots
2 cups of cooked chicken, turkey, ham, ground beef (whatever you have on hand)
2 cups of vegetables (fresh or frozen)
1 can of cream of “something” soup (mushroom, chicken, celery)
1 cup of milk
2 cups of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese (or whatever type you like best)
¾ cup of Hellmann’s mayo (I used light)
1 teaspoon each onion powder and dry mustard
Instructions
In a bowl mix together soup, milk, cheese, mayo, onion powder and dry mustard.
Set aside
Pour ½ of the Tater Tots into your slow cooker
Top with meat and vegetables
Place the remainder of the Tater Tots on top
Pour sauce mix over Tater Tots
Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 7 hours
