Every Sunday morning my family would go to church. Now church could be fun sometimes when they had the kids service, but I was a wiggle kid! I liked to be up running around and being loud. None of those things I could do in church and believe me I would try! Let me tell you, it never seemed to work out well for me! I’m sure you can imagine.
One of the things that I did like about church was the potlucks! Not only did I get to eat delicious food, but I got to run around and be as loud as I wanted with the other kids. Potluck Sundays were always a favorite of mine for many reasons.
There was one favorite dish that this one lady would always make, a biscuit topped chicken pot pie! Can you say yum? I loved eating this casserole every potluck Sunday. When I was much older I had gotten the recipe from the lady that would make the casserole and I got to make it for my own family! They love it!
