How To Make Delicious Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Chicken

My Goddaughter was getting married recently, and she asked me if I could help her with some of the planning. Ever since she was little, we have always been very close. She knows that my organizational skills are top-notch, so she came to the right person. I asked her what exactly she needed help with, to which she replied, everything. Oh boy. We had a lot of work ahead of us. I suggested that we start thinking about her bridal shower, because that was something that she was doing entirely on her own.

She wanted to spend a little less money in that category, so she decided that she would have a few family members bring in the food, if they would be so kind. I said most people will bring side dishes, so let’s talk about a main course. I told her about BBQ pulled slow cooker chicken from a recipe that I had seen on Cravings Of A Lunatic.

“Works for me!” And it did work. It was really easy to make, and the group of gals that showed up really enjoyed the flavor. We even had some leftover, so the guys that had spent the day golfing had something to eat when they came to help with cleanup. It went over well with them too!
