Ham And Cheese Sliders: A Delightful Sampler Off The Appetizer Menu

I was having a group of kids coming over for my son’s birthday party. I asked him what he wanted for dinner for him and his buddies. He picked his favorite, grilled ham and cheese. I love those sandwiches just as much as he does, but the thought of making a dozen or more of them didn’t sound too appealing. I started thinking about how I could make a lot of his requested sandwich without spending so much time assembling and cooking each one.

All Recipes had the perfect solution in these ham and cheese sliders. I couldn’t believe it was right there in front of me. How easy, and how affordable! When I first brought them out, my boy looked a little disappointed that it wasn’t the grilled sandwich he was looking forward to.

I told him to try them and if he didn’t like them I would make him his regular grilled ham and cheese. He did what I asked and then he repeated, and repeated, and repeated. Him and four friends ate the whole batch! It was a good thing I bought enough ingredients to make another one. Oh yea, they ate those too.
