We went over to our friend’s house a few weeks ago. You’re probably thinking, big deal, right? Well to us, it really was. We have two-year-old twins at home, so getting to go and see adults for the night is a rare occasion. Grandma and Grandpa said they would take the kids so we jumped at the opportunity. When we got there, they had all kinds of fun things for us to do. Play cards, enjoy a nice fire outdoors, and listen to our favorite songs, not those lullabies and Mother Goose ones we were so used to.
Their kids had gone with their grandparents for the night too, so it really was a kid-free fun time. My girlfriend Samantha had made these chicken bacon ranch bubble biscuits that were like nothing that I have ever had before. It was a good thing, because they were incredible!
I couldn’t stop snacking away. I eventually told her that she was going to have to put them up or I was going to gain all that baby weight back! She said she got the recipe from Julie’s Eats & Treats, and she waited just for us to come so she could make them. I knew I always liked her!
