My house is definitely a pizza house. I’m not ashamed, we eat the stuff a few times a week. By a few I mean at least three. Is that wrong? We all love it. It has all your food groups on it. It’s super simple, even more so when you have it delivered from one of the local pizza places. I am a Mom though, so sometimes I feel guilty about giving my kids the takeout all the time. To switch things up, I’ll toss in a frozen pizza once in a while. Other times I will really surprise them and make a homemade pie. That’s a real big treat. I even have a pizza casserole that I make, but that’s a story for another time.
When I stumbled upon these pizza rolls on The Pioneer Woman, completely by accident, it was like they were out looking for me. I quickly scanned the directions and thought to myself… not too hard. The next time I went to the supermarket I picked up everything that I needed to make these.
I did up a double roll for me and the hubby and kids. I knew they were going to be able to eat a lot. They went together really nice and simple and the flavor, BAM! It was there. Better than any takeout I have had before. I liked that we could customize them to our liking to. That made them extra tasty.
