“Breaded” Buffalo Chicken And Rice Casserole Is The Ruler Of Dinnertime!

My brother is one that never got married, never had any kids, and even though he’s the oldest, never really grew up. About once or twice a week, he will call and invite himself over for dinner. Most of the time, we don’t mind having him around. Sometimes though, that guy can eat! It just doesn’t seem like I make enough to feed him and the whole family without running out. That can be disappointing to everyone at the table, especially me who’s trying to get the job done.

When I found this recipe on Frugal Foodie Mama, I knew it was going to be one for when John showed up. We all love buffalo chicken recipes, and this one looked super hearty. I was right! The next time he called and said he was coming over, I instantly chose this recipe.

It was really well liked by John, my husband, and my kids. We are already pretty accustomed to casseroles, and buffalo chicken dishes, so this one was really incredible. Maybe I should teach John how to cook this so he can make us dinner sometime… it’s easy enough!
