I have tried many peach dishes, but this cobbler has always stayed with me. I made my mom make it when we tasted it together. She loved it too! When I became older and started cooking more this recipe was one of the first desserts that I ever made! I absolutely love peaches and apricots by themselves, but when you put them together this dish is unstoppable! This recipe is a must try. It is simply and easy to make and the taste is sent from heaven!
