This my favorite meatloaf recipe! I love ooey gooey cheese on almost everything. I had never thought to stuff a meatloaf before until I saw this recipe. The smell of the this delicious meatloaf is almost enough to get you salivating. But then you remember that this meatloaf is full of melting cheese and is topped off with a succulent sauce that yo can’t get enough of!
This is the kind of meatloaf that you will get your Italian food fix. The sauce is seriously delicious and will have you reaching for more so that you can smoother each piece of the meatloaf. My family loves this mozzarella stuff meatloaf. My 12 year old son told me that he loved it so much that he wanted to make it the next time!
I love teaching my kids how to cook so I cannot wait to see him in action! The more that I see my kids enjoying our family meals, the more I am excited for them to cook for their own families.
