Once-A-Week Classic Fettuccine Alfredo

Right now, I work at a minimum, 50 hours per week in our local factory. I also have three middle school and high school aged kids at home. It’s a crazy life, but I love it. The only thing that I don’t love, is by the time I get home, the last thing that I want to do is cook up a homemade meal. But, there sit my three kids and husband, staring longingly at the kitchen. Sure, they will take their turns sometimes and get in there and whip something up.

There isn’t anything like Mom’s cooking though. When I found this recipe on Recipe Lion, I thought that maybe the angels had heard my cries. It was a nice and easy recipe that could be thrown together in a few minutes.

It’s also very versatile so I can leave it plain as is or jazz it up a bit. With my picky eaters, it’s perfect for them just the way it is. We have this at my house all the time now.

It’s definitely a favorite for them and a go-to for me. Homemade dinner on the table in less than a half hour? Count me in!
