I love the smell of delicious food cooking in the oven. It feels like a reward after you went through all of the hard work of putting the ingredients together. You might be busy doing something else, but then that wonderful smell hits your nose and you feel perfect! Anyone else know that feeling? I do! Food cooking in the oven is one of the best smells ever!
This stuffed chicken breast smells absolutely delectable when it is cooking and tastes even better when you are eating it! I love combining mushrooms and spinach together. Such a great combo. The flavors go so well together. Throw in some garlic and you are in heaven!
I also really like that when you stuff chicken breast with veggies, it’s an easy way to get the kiddos to eat some of that healthy stuff that they don’t seem to care for!
But back to this recipe. When I first thought of stuffed chicken breasts I thought it would be far more complicated then what it really is. Honestly, I love making stuffed foods now. You get so many different flavors and endless combinations of what you use. Chicken is the perfect meat for stuff. You can use almost anything. Give this recipe a try!
