Once a month, we hold a fun BINGO game night in our church luncheon room. Of course there is no gambling, but we do have prizes that get given away for things that have been donated by local businesses and other members of the church. I don’t really have anything “prize worthy” per say to give, so I always make a dessert for everyone to enjoy. A lot of the ladies will bring in different cookies, cakes, and brownies.
The last game night, I thought about bringing cinnamon rolls, but I was afraid they weren’t going to go very far. That’s when I found this recipe for cinnamon roll casserole on Recipe Lion.
That would be ideal! I could make a nice big pan and cut up a lot of little squares so everyone could get a taste. Needless to say, the pan was emptied out by the time I was ready to leave.
I got a lot of compliments on the flavor and even a few requests for a copy of the recipe. I’m going to be making this dish a lot for our game nights in the future. It sure was a crowd pleaser!
