This soup is good enough to eat even when you aren’t trying to lose weight. It’s a nice light lunch option any day of the week. I like to take it to church luncheons for all the women that are also trying to watch their figures. After they eat it, I tell them about the power behind the cabbage soup. I can’t write down copies of the recipe fast enough! We have one good looking church group meeting these days…everyone loves it. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:
“I did lose weight when I made this (it was for a vacation), and it tasted great!!”

2 quarts tomato juice
2 green bell peppers, diced
10 stalks celery, chopped
