Your Neighbors Will Come Running When They Hear The Crunch From This Chicken

My son was turning 10 last year, and we were going to have his final big birthday party…well until number 16. So far, I had thrown a huge party or him at every turn of his age. It was fun, but it was exhausting and expensive. He was at that point where he was getting too old for all the gifts and extras too. I told him one more and then Mom was taking a break. He was fine with it. Not only did I have to always do all the planning and prep, I also had to come up with food items that everyone was going to like.

Thankfully, I had come across this recipe for crunchy French onion chicken that year on All Recipes.  It looked really easy and rather affordable to make, so that’s what we had for his birthday.

The little chunks of meaty deliciousness were almost as popular as the birthday boy… almost. Now I make them all the time, and we get to keep them just for us. They are a new favorite at my dinner table.
