You’ve Never Tasted A Casserole Like This Before!

This recipe serves about four to six people, so if I am making it for a party or social event, I have to make two pans. I often will serve this at home though and just pair it up with a nice dinner salad and maybe a side of bread, depending on how I have made the casserole. There is usually plenty enough to go around, and hardly ever any leftovers. Use a throw-away baking pan and cleanup is a snap! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Our Table For Seven:

“What a great casserole idea! I love this!”

We love this at our house too. So much in fact, we have it at least once a month!
