This recipe serves about four to six people, so if I am making it for a party or social event, I have to make two pans. I often will serve this at home though and just pair it up with a nice dinner salad and maybe a side of bread, depending on how I have made the casserole. There is usually plenty enough to go around, and hardly ever any leftovers. Use a throw-away baking pan and cleanup is a snap! We love this at our house too. So much in fact, we have it at least once a month!
Ingredients
9-10 Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits
1 tsp garlic powder
2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
1- 1 1/2 cups Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 cup Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
9-10 cooked meatballs, frozen or homemade
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease 8 x 8 in baking dish or line with foil.
Line the bottom of baking dish with biscuits.
Sprinkle biscuits with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
Bake biscuits for 5-8 minutes or until somewhat firm.
Remove from oven.
Place meatballs on top of biscuits.
Cover with sauce, then, mozzarella cheese.
Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and cheese is melted.
