Chicken This Good Should Be Illegal

My college years where without a doubt the most adventurous ones of my life. I tried everything and went everywhere I could possibly go during that time. I think it was because of my mom mainly. She was someone that never went to college, and I tend to believe that she regretted it a little bit. Not that she would change marrying my father or having me and my siblings for anything in the world…it’s just a time that I think she feels she missed out on. She always pushed me to go, do, and have fun…and that’s exactly what I did.

On some of these adventures, my friends and I would go to restaurants that we wouldn’t normally step foot into. There was one that served ethnic dishes, including this chicken makhani. It said that it was spicy, and I was all about the heat back then.

Actually I still am. So when I found a similar recipe on Group Recipes, I couldn’t wait to try and make it at home. It was a little intimidating at first, but when I got into it, it was really kind of fun. It turned out incredible, and my husband and I really enjoyed it. This is a nice meal to make on a relaxing weekend or even a busy weekday.
