It’s Another Dessert Quesadilla… “Cookie” Believe It?

Who are fans of quesadillas? My family is a fan of quesadillas, most particularly cheesy quesadillas. My husband and I have our favorite Tex-Mex place, and we always order their cheese quesadillas. I even order take out so we can eat them while watching a movie at the television. It’s a snack that we probably won’t get over for a long time. I even have my own version at home so I can just make it any time I am craving for it.

But dessert quesadillas are something new to me. It’s not far fetch, but it’s something unusual that I probably wouldn’t know if I haven’t come across it on the internet. Since I love quesadillas, these dessert versions immediately caught my attention.

A few days ago, I wrote about caramel apple quesadilla, the first one I tried. And it came out really great. This was another dessert quesadilla that I tried and it was a hit to my family!

It’s made of… cookies! I wonder how many times have I said that my family is a cookie addict. This dessert, or what they call cookiedilla, is something considered heavenly for us!

Whenever I make this recipe, my family looks as if they are floating in heaven. The smiles on their faces are too large that you can fit a cake on them. It’s a little bit bizarre, but of course so much welcomed.
