The other day, we were celebrating my sister’s birthday. We had planned a beautiful surprise party. We did everything from the decorations (all pink and gold themed, made by hand) all the way down to every little bit of food. We made all sorts of treats and delicious greatness. We also got a cotton candy machine that made pink cotton candy as well as a huge pink bounce house slide.
It was so much fun and we truly had a blast preparing her party. We were so grateful when it got started and how everyone enjoyed it.
Well, we had all sorts of pink treats for dessert. We really wanted to keep up with the theme. That was all we had planned until we found one amazing recipe that we knew we just had to make. It was called unicorn hot chocolate.
I know, it sounds fairytale-ish, but that is exactly what it looks like, too! It is a white hot chocolate with a little bit of pink food coloring and then topped with white whipped cream, colorful sprinkles and pastel colored marshmallows. I am telling you, this hot chocolate is completely party worthy! You are going to love everything about it!
