I make this every time we have kids as visitors. It’s simple enough to make and at the same time, it’s an instant hit to anyone. I have a confession to make. I make this ice cream even during winter. I couldn’t help it! My family loves this ice cream recipe and I couldn’t say no to them (and to myself). If it’s homemade ice cream, I allow the boys to have more than one scoop. At least I know what’s in the ice cream so I will feel relieved in serving it to them.
See what our friends over at The Lazy Mom Cooks have to say about this recipe:
“I’ve created my own version of my favorite ice cream. And I’ve lazy-fied it by making it a no churn version! That’s what I do. And I do it well. So, friends, here it is just for you. My No Churn Fudge Brownie Ice Cream.”
