One of my husband’s favorite pasta dish is chicken tetrazzini. Pasta dishes are actually one of the reasons why we ended up as husband and wife. Our story wasn’t really cheesy, which was one of the reasons why most of the time, he’s trying to tease me by giving me roses and chocolates. But it’s all good. Anyway, my husband started out as my friend. He wasn’t originally part of my group. We have one common friend who brought both of us in the same group. That friend was the group’s clown. He always made everyone laugh. And it’s because of his antics that made me and my husband, then friend, became like best friends.
One of our hangout places was a pasta place near our university. It was a small pasta place that catered to students. I always ordered carbonara because they had the best one out there. While he always ordered chicken tetrazzini. Eventually, that became one of our dating spots when we became a couple. And he still ordered the same thing. Now that we’re married, he’s still obsessed over the same thing! Except that right now, he probably has a lot of favorites. A delicious chicken tetrazzini recipe can be found on the succeeding pages. I hope your family will love this recipe as much as mine does!
