This Easy Baked Churros Recipe And Chiyo’s Churro Adventure!

This simple, baked churros recipe came about when Chiyo had a tantrum. You know what they say about identical twins or twins in general. While they are similar in appearance, they are definitely different as night and day. Calvin is the quiet type. He’s the one who is always content with just having a book or a pad in hand. You can always see him draw or read at one corner of the room. Chiyo on the other hand is the more mischievous twin. He always makes sure he gets your attention. And he will do anything for that. Most of the time, it’s adorable. The twins have the sweetest faces. But there are times when mommy mode wins over everything and I just had to show him who’s boss.

We were at the mall a couple of weekends ago because my husband wanted to buy the twins something new for our visit to his parents. It’s about time, I thought. It’s been quite a few weeks since we had a proper family day at the mall. While we were there, Chiyo kept asking for churros so we bought one that they could share. Chiyo didn’t want to share with Calvin and had caused a scene. We went home and made sure he knew what he had done wrong, while I made Calvin baked churros. He apologized though after a while. I just didn’t know if it was because of the churros or if he really was sorry. But he actually told us right after that he promised to bring Calvin to his next adventure.
