I always make this creamy chicken bake whenever I am in need of something delicious, fast, and easy to make for a gathering. My friends mostly bring desserts and I am just grateful that we all know each other’s quirks which is why it’s very rarely that a food is duplicated. Casserole dishes such as this creamy bake chicken is convenient to someone like me who is juggling the duties of being a mom, a wife, and an employee.
While I always work from home, there are times that I get too busy and I forget to do a lot of things related to the house. The only responsibility I will never ever forget is looking after my twins, who are starting to behave more as the days pass by.
This creamy chicken bake recipe is something that I got from my mother. When I was a kid, my mom used to go to a lot of potluck gatherings most especially after church on Sundays. She usually brought me and my brother along because some of the parents brought their children too.
And I remember her making this dish because it was easy and delicious. I remember people praising mom’s cooking. I’m glad that I was able to get this recipe from her because this creamy chicken bake has always been my savior!
