Jack’s Giant Has Nothing On These Giant Chicken Nuggets!

The giant in Jack and the Beanstalk has nothing on those tasty giant chicken nuggets that Uncle Rob always makes. Believe me, I know. Because I am a fan of those giant nuggets and no amount of giant footsteps can make me turn away from those once it’s right in front of me to devour. My husband finds it amusing, how much of a chicken fan I am. We were at the mall a few days ago to buy new plates because our son has managed to break about a dozen again with all of his mischievousness. Thank goodness neither he or his brother have been hurt. After shopping for new plates, we intended to go home until I caught sight of this new stand at the mall selling “giant chicken tenders”. The name of the product itself was enough to capture my attention, but the smell managed to bring me towards the stand and order one because it reminds me of Uncle Rob’s.

They weren’t kidding when they said “giant”. It was about a foot long and half a foot wide, and half an inch thick. That’s how big the giant chicken was. If it was in bite sizes, I could have called it chicken nuggets. But since it’s about fifty times larger than a regular-sized chicken nugget, I can’t! My husband and I weren’t able to finish the whole chicken. We brought it home and allowed the twins and their babysitter to enjoy the other half. This giant nuggets recipe that I am about to share with you reminds me of that giant chicken. This tastes more like Uncle Rob’s though because it’s homemade and uses regular ingredients.
