I always think that the best way to end your day, whether it’s been a good day or a bad day, is a good warm meal that’s waiting for you. If your day has been really good, then the meal will just make your it even brighter. But when your day is not that good, then a nice meal will surely end it the right way. My husband agrees with me. Between the two of us, he’s the one who always goes with either a bad day or a good day. His bad days are different from mine. My bad days are composed of haggling my team with regards to the deadlines for our projects, but he has to deal with several bosses who have different needs and that’s a hard thing to deal with everyday. So when he comes home, I want to make sure he has good food to eat.
This lemon rosemary chicken recipe is a traditional one from my grandmother, which she passed to my Mom, who then passed it to me. Mom had made my grandmother’s recipe hers by tweaking the recipe a bit. I did the same to mine, but regardless of the changes I made, I will always say that my mother’s version is the best. This recipe that I am about to share with you follows my grandmother’s recipe, however, this one uses slow cooker. And we know what slow cooker does to our meals. It saves us time, effort, and it results to one satisfying meal that everyone will truly appreciate. My husband appreciates my slow cooker meals! He thinks they’re the best thing that ever happened to suppers!
