I love a good sweet breakfast. It just warms me up so quickly and makes me feel like I am on vacation. Do not ask me why, but every time I eat a waffle, pancake, or French toast, I feel like I am out of town somewhere on a trip. It is so strange, but true. I think it is maybe because I do not usually get to enjoy those sweet treats when I am home, bur order them more when I am at a restaurant or on vacation? Whatever the case may be, I love sweet breakfasts!
The only issue is, sweet breakfasts usually take a while to make. Whereas eggs are made in a matter of minutes, anything sweet takes much longer. You have to prep the batter, mix it all together and then bake it or pop it in a waffle machine to make. Whatever you choose to make, it takes time and sometimes makes quite a mess. That is why this is a recipe I am thrilled about. And not only am I thrilled with this, but my siblings and family is, too. It is so fun to enjoy and simple and easy to make.
