We eat chicken over any other meat most days in my house. We eat chicken almost daily whether it be for breakfast in burritos, lunch in our rice or dinner with mashed potatoes. I mean, we eat chicken at some point during the day just about daily and love it. The husband loves it, the kids love it and more than anyone else, I love it! It is simply delicious, almost always perfectly juicy, filling and honestly, healthy. I am not all about eating perfectly healthy, but I do like that chicken is good for you.
Anyway, after a long search for a good baked chicken recipe (I wanted to stay away from frying because of the mess and smell in the house), I remembered my Aunt Maggie had a perfect secret recipe that she would make every time I went over her house in the summer. It was flavorful, juicy and full of herbs which made it so delicious. I just knew I had to get ahold of that recipe for my family and I to enjoy for our daily chicken habits and well, after contacting just the right people, I got ahold of that perfectly delicious and tasty recipe.
