I am not a fun of summers. But simply because of the heat. I mean seriously, who would hate a beautiful summer day without any reason at all? If it weren’t for the scorching heat accompanying summer days, I would have loved it as much as I loved the fall. So every summer, I found myself lacking energy. Heat just drains your energy to the point that you don’t want to do anything anymore. During these days, I usually crave for ice cream. But ice cream is kind of heavy in the stomach because of all the cream. And it will just make me feel like I need to sleep and forget about my work.
I found this recipe for iced coffee popsicles over at Just A Little Bite. It’s made of my two favorite things during summer—ice and coffee. What makes it more special is that one, it’s too easy to make! It only has a few ingredients that you don’t need to stress yourself over for. And two, it’s just 10 calories which, means I can eat more than one popsicle a day. It’s a fun way of dealing with the summer heat! This is one recipe you would want to keep on your list.
