I don’t drink a lot nowadays. In fact, I rarely drink. My drinking habit stopped after college actually. I admit I drank a lot during college days because that’s one way of de-stressing myself over school papers and projects. It was also one way of bonding with my friends. Since I have done a lot of drinking in college, I rarely find myself getting drunk nowadays. However, there’s an exception. During a friend’s birthday, I always allow myself to have at least two bottles of beer. But whenever the conversations get more fun, well I just find myself getting carried away.
It happened twice last year, one of them being Jen’s birthday. We all drank to our heart’s content to celebrate her birthday. The next day, we all had hangovers. The only one who was on her right mind to make us breakfast was Jen herself. She made us these breakfast sandwich that was so good we forgot all about our hangover. I am sure that it didn’t have any magic potion on it, but the yummy taste truly made us forget about our headaches.
