A friend of mine just returned from a 5-week trip to Italy (yes, I am a little jealous). She traveled all over the country and made a lot of new friends, and she even learned some Italian along the way.
But what she was most excited about was the food. She has always loved to cook and her entire group of friends and family are extremely happy she has chosen such a hobby! At least once a month we get to sit down and enjoy her amazing dishes.
Before she even left, she had made a detailed plan on where she would want to go and what kind of ingredients and dishes she’d want to learn about in all of these places. At some point, she even hired an Italian chef, Mario, for a day – actually, there were a group of tourists that hired him, and he taught them how to make some of the most traditional Italian dishes.
