You’ll Keep Reaching For One More…
Some time ago I was reading a book about Middle Eastern countries. It covered so many things I knew nothing about; for some reason, in my mind Middle East had been this vague area and I didn’t know much about their culture, cuisine or way of life. To me it’s always interesting to find out what kind of food people prepare and enjoy all over the world. I’ve tested several recipes from countries my friends hadn’t even heard of, and I always learn so much when I do that.
So when I was reading that book I decided I should try and cook something that was common in the Middle Eastern countries. Of course, since I’ve never visited that part of the world myself, I had to rely on information I found online. I chose something that seemed at least a little familiar, and it was also a dish that didn’t seem to require professional skills. I’ll admit it, I’m not a professional chef!
