There are mornings when I fix myself a bowl of oatmeal and just stare at it, with no desire whatsoever to eat it. Don’t get me wrong – I actually like oatmeal a lot, but sometimes you get bored of a certain dish if you eat it every single day. Especially in the morning when you’ve barely had a chance to open your eyes… So, I was on a mission! I wanted to find a nice breakfast bread that I could have with a cup of coffee. Something that wouldn’t be too sugary and unhealthy, but still had wonderful flavor.
When I came across this apple butter bread recipe, I got curious. I mean, I wasn’t sure if the bread looked that appetizing but the ingredients seemed delicious. So after a moment of hesitation, I decided to give this one a try. It turned out so tasty I immediately made another one and froze it for later!

Quick Tip: If you’re using sweetened apple butter, you can cut down the amount of brown sugar.
