Wow! I went to bed last night and the ground was clear now, it’s covered with snow. It’s seriously like a Winter Wonderland right now here in Western Pennsylvania. What is the weather like in your neck of the woods?
It’s days like this that makes me want to just bake cookies and serve a wholesome, tummy-warming casserole for supper. I have children’s Bible study this evening with my son so we need a simple and easy casserole. I think this ravioli taco bake will do the trick!
It requires you to toss a few ingredients into a casserole dish and that’s about as labor intensive as it gets. You dump a bag of frozen ravioli into the casserole dish and add all of the other ingredients and there you have it, folks. Enjoy!
