I, personally, enjoy serving these yummy pork chops with a side of buttered noodles but sometimes I’ll make mashed potatoes to go along with it. Which sides do you enjoy serving with your chops? Anyway, my MIL’s pork chops were insanely good and that is all she used to season them. This recipe for baked bone-in pork chops couldn’t possibly be any easier or tastier.
Only 2 ingredients and you have a lovely dinner? Yeah, I’d say this recipe is pretty ding dang easy! Enjoy!
Ingredients
4-8 Bone-in pork chops ¼ – ¾ inch thick
Lemon Pepper
Salt
Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
You can use Boneless or Bone-in Pork Chops Your choice, I just found these on sale!!
I always use a meat beater on my meats I cook in the oven so the spices can get in them. So that was my first step.
I also like to use foil to cook on a pan sometimes, such an easy clean up (although not in this case cause I have generic foil that apparently manages to stick to the pan)Grease foil just a tad so the Pork Chops won’t stick.
Sprinkle Lemon Pepper, Salt, Pepper, any Cajun Spice on each side of the pork chop and rub in with hand.
Cook at 400 Degrees for about 45 minutes, then broil for 5-10 minutes. Then they are ready!!
