Do not be afraid of this recipe, it sounds fancy, and although it tastes that way, it is incredibly easy to make. It is simple, and straightforward and just like any other dump cake you have made in the past: dump and go. Just let the juices of the apples simmer away and create a perfectly sweet and delicious cake. There is nothing better than real apples in a cake!
Check out what our friends over at Stock Piling Moms had to say about this:
“My whole family loved this easy treat. I was able to scoop it right out of the slow cooker into bowls and serve it after dinner. The kids thought it tasted just like fried apples, but better.”
I mean, what could possibly taste better than fried apples? Well, apparently this can! And for kids to say that, you know it has got to be good!
