The Chunky Potato Soup That’ll Make You Yodel All The Way Home

What is better on a cold winter night than a big bowl of soup?  Wait, let me rephrase that.  What is better on a cold winter night than a big bowl of CHUNKY POTATO soup? Nothing, that is for sure.  I am certain nothing can compare to the warm and comforting feeling of enjoying a bowl of chunky potato soup, with a dollop of sour cream, a handful crisp bacon and a sprinkle of parsley over the top.  It is the very best combination of ingredients I have ever tried.

I positively love potatoes.  They are filling and utterly delicious however they are prepared.  My favorite way is with sour cream, bacon and cheese, that is why Wendy’s is my favorite fast food location.  I always love enjoying a warm baked potato, no matter what is going on.  Eating this at Wendy’s makes me feel like I am enjoying a real, homecooked meal so it is comforting and totally delicious.  Other ways I like to enjoy my potatoes are scalloped with a yummy cheese sauce, or diced in an omelet. The options for incorporating potatoes in a meal are endless, so that is why I am getting creative with this soup!
