I love pizza. My gosh, I mean I LOVE pizza. It is a little bit of an obsession that started from when I was really little. I love gourmet, handmade pizzas. You know, the types you find at nice restaurants where you can see the chef tossing the dough in the air, and then the sauce is beautiful and homemade and the toppings are all fresh such as freshly grated cheese or fresh chopped veggies.
But, I also love a good ol’ pizza that you can order over the phone. It really makes for a delicious dinner that fills you up easily and makes for a tasty afternoon treat. I love how the crust is thick, the cheese is melty and usually hard and it has a classic, unmistakable taste. Yet, as much as I love the pizza, the bread is usually my favorite part of the meal. Yep, you know, that cheesy, gooey and melty cheese that oozes out of a bread covered in oil and garlic. It is so delicious and the garlicy taste is the best part. Oh, oh and my favorite part? The garlic butter you dip it in. It just enhances all the great tastes of the bread.
