I love chicken recipes but I want to make my meals extra special. That is why I have been looking for the most delicious chicken recipe and the Bourbon chicken is one of the best I’ve tried. It was named after Bourbon Street that you’ll find in New Orleans. Strangely, though, it is very popular in Chinese restaurants – so it seems its origin is not that clear. I guess it really doesn’t matter since people just adore its delicious and addictive flavor.
I like my chicken sweet and smoky. This type of recipe will just make you drool with its rich and delicious flavor. I like cooking this dish almost once a week! I often also make a larger batch so that I can store the leftovers for the next day. It’s a great dish whenever you want to impress your friends and family members!
