Check out what our friends over at Plain Chicken had to say about this dish,
“This Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole is guaranteed to please the whole family. You can even add some tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and onions to the mixture if you wanted to jazz it up. It would be great for a potluck. I think this would be perfect for tailgating this Fall too!”
I have done all of the above with this dish and it always turns out amazingly! At a potluck, everyone enjoyed it and then at a tailgate, it was wonderful because it is a filling dish all made with one recipe, so no need to carry around multiple types of foods!

Thanks again to Plain Chicken for this amazing recipe.
You like to leave out one or two ingredients in some of your recipes dont you? Like this tater tot one?? You read list of ingredients then get to how to make it and THEN you see SOUR CREAM!! I have seen several of your recipes doing this and you are left wondering HOW MUCH OF THAT INGREDIENT was i supposed to add?? Thank you so much for having a recipe that people would like to try and then LEAVE OUT AN INGREDIENT OR TWO!!
This sounds delicious, but where and how many eggs and how much sour cream. The ingredients doesn’t have it listed. The picture doesn’t show it all mixed together, it shows it in layers, not all mixed together.
