This Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Is As Easy as 1-2-3!

A recipe doesn’t need to be complex for you to enjoy the food it is offering. This recipe is a living proof of that. It’s something that even the most “not-kitchen-friendly” person can make.

Ingredients

4 cups half-and-half or light cream

1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

 

 

Instructions

In large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Freeze leftovers.

Quick Tip: Refrigerator-Freezer Method: Omit half-and-half. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in 2 cups whipping cream. Pour into 9×5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Freeze leftovers.
