“For tonight, I sleep with a bed of snails”! Sorry, I got carried away. I know those are not the lyrics, but food has been on my mind lately. Well, food is always on my mind in the first place, but I know you get me.
I am a chicken person. I can live without eating any type of meat, but I can’t live without chicken. Chicken is my entire life *dramatic flailing*! See? How many times have I just mentioned chicken? I love chicken; that’s why I am always on the search for recipes that will make me enjoy my favorite meat even more. However, these past few days, I am craving for that one classic chicken dish—roast chicken! With lots and lots of vegetables and gravy, please!
